Built in 1899, the Ball-Eddleman-McFarland House was built in the elegant Queen Anne architectural style, featuring a beautiful brick, red sandstone and slate exterior characterized by a decidedly asymmetrical appearance. Notable for its carefully preserved Victorian design, the interior of the home is awash in intricate woodwork, including carved wooden mantles and panels, coffered ceilings and parquet floors. Available for rent for weddings and other private events, the home overlooks the placid Trinity River from just west of downtown.
